CAFOA State Crew set to officiate the 6A State Finals
The CAFOA State Crew officiated the PIAA 6a Final on December 6th, 2025 at Cumberland Valley High School. Congratulations to the 7 crew members that represented our chapter in the biggest game of the season.

50 Years of Officiating comes to an end
Jeff White completed his 50 year of officiating with the CAFOA. Jeff's final game occured in the Cedar Cliff vs Cumberland Valley game on Oct 31, 2025. He put together an all-star crew to help with his final game.

A Hall of Fame CAFOA Chain Crew was brought in for the game: Rich Zarnecki (HOF), Dave Hollern(HOF) and Joe Armstrong(HOF).

Brian Metzger works 2025 Big 33 game
Congratulations to Brian Metzger who was selected to work the 2025 Big 33 game.
Every season chapters members for the Capital Area Chapter of Football Official are required to take a pre-season test. Each member must receive a passing grade in order to work Varsity games. The emphasis of the test is to get officials back into the mindset of high school football prior to the season beginning.
